Business Questions

  • I am currently accepting patients who live in Kansas. Missouri patients will be welcomed soon as well. If you live in another state, you are welcome to reach out and we can talk through options that might be available to you.

  • No. This is a cash-only practice and I do not accept insurance for any services, visits, labs, or medications. This allows for longer appointments, more personalized support, and a much clearer and more consistent pricing structure.

  • All payments are completed securely through your patient portal. Credit and debit cards are accepted, and you will receive a receipt for your records.

  • You can message me through your secure patient portal for non-urgent questions. This keeps communication organized and allows for timely responses.

  • You can adjust or cancel your appointment at any time through your portal. I appreciate notice when possible so your care stays on track.

Package Questions

  • Your monthly package includes your visit, a personalized care plan, medication management, guidance tailored to your goals, and lab work every three months. It is designed to provide steady support and ongoing adjustments as you progress

  • Yes. Medication costs are built into the package price. Your first month will not exceed the listed amount. However, if medication changes require an adjustment in pricing, we will talk through it together at each follow-up before anything changes.

  • No. This is a cash-only practice and insurance is not accepted for any services, labs, or medications. This allows for more personalized care, straightforward pricing, and flexibility in your treatment plan.

  • If you have recent labs, we can use them. There is no discount or money back if you already completed labs elsewhere because lab costs are included in your package pricing.

  • Yes. You can cancel a package at any time. Your care should always fit your life, and you have full flexibility to stop whenever you need.

Lab Questions

  • Labs are typically completed every three months for weight loss and metabolic care. This allows us to monitor your progress, medication safety, and how your body is responding to treatment.

  • No. Insurance cannot be used for any lab work ordered through this practice. The cost of your labs is already included in your package pricing.

  • We can absolutely use those results. There is no discount or refund for previously completed labs because lab costs are included in all package pricing.

  • Your labs will be chosen based on your symptoms, history, and goals. These often include metabolic panels, hormone markers, thyroid evaluation, inflammatory markers, and other relevant tests. Everything is personalized to your needs.

  • Yes. If you want a more advanced lab workup, we can talk about this during your first visit. You are also welcome to bring suggestions or specific interests, and we can order additional labs at the same time if they are appropriate.
